The Ohai Thar was a species of songbird native to the Sa'ari homeworld of T'lessia. Small by T'lessian standards in that they possessed a total wingspan of just under a meter, they were known for their distinctive morning greeting, which went oh-hi-there. An old Sa'ari superstition held that if a large number of ohai thars nested near a dwelling, it meant that whoever lived within had fallen into a depressive funk and needed the company of others.
