North Lower Neveras is a district of the Kalistani province of Vrassa. It is closely connected to its southern neighbor, the Odufart district of South Lower Neveras. Its capital is Senvias. North Lower Neveras is seperated from the rest of Vrassa by the Vrassan Mountains and Monty Highlands, and has always been closer to Odufaray and Ananto than to the interior of Vrassa. Its southern sister district is only seperated from it by the swollen Neveras River, and Senvias and Odufaray's capital of Eshar are often considered the same city.

North Lower Neveras is seperated from the rest of Vrassa by the Vrassan Mountains and Monty Highlands, and has always been closer to Odufaray and Ananto than to the interior of Vrassa. Its southern sister district is only seperated from it by the swollen Neveras River, and Senvias and Odufaray's capital of Eshar are often considered the same city. North Lower Neveras situated on a flat coastal flood plain, flanked by hills and mountains. At its southwestern corner are the "Gates of Neveras," where the Neveras River passes between the Vrassan and Odufart Mountains and out of the Neveras Plateau. This divider has always seperated Lower Neveras from its more inland neighbors, and coupled with its litoral location and the mouth of the Neveras River has made it an important base for Ikradonian colonists throughout Kalistan's history. The same is true today, in that Lower Neveras is home to the mainland's largest city, and the second largest in Kalistan, as well as being more cosmopolitan than the rest of Vrassa. Its position has made it essential in the transport of goods out of Neveras and Vrassa, in the process making Senvias into a major manufacturing center. Most of the surrounding land is put to use in growing rice paddies. North Lower Neveras is also notable for having many pirate colonies in secluded locations along its coast, where the North Seleyan tongue of Gorpsprechen is still spoken. Otherwise, the chief languages are Anantonese and Odufart, not Vrassan as is the case throughout most of the province.
