I got the notion of an inclusion model from Dale Cushingberry, high school principal from Topeka, Kansas. He used this term in a radio interview with Tavis Smiley on 21 May 2004. Pubwan is inclusive as a matter of principle. (See "What is pubwan," ) Nevertheless, it might be nice if pubwan had a method to its madness.
