A rules feature can be viewed by pressing the F2 button (with default settings). It displays all of the specifics for the gametype currently being played in the server. In addition to the Rules feature, pressing F3 (by default) will display the name of all allied players above their respective green arrows, so long as friend indicators are enabled in the gametype. This is extremely useful on large maps, where locating a specific player would otherwise be extremely difficult.

When you install it, you realise that when you play, all you get are the multiplayer maps and no campaign. This pissed off noobs, but then smart people decided to make mods for it and everyone could play them. What really confuses people, is that short for Custom Edition is CE, and short for Combat Evolved is also CE, so when someone talks about "Halo CE", your brain commits suicide. So then, Combat Evolved was called Halo PC...

However, because the noobs still didn't realize this until much later, they were ridiculed about 0.3 times more than they normally were. In response, they began making their own maps in order to prove they were cool, but instead it just ended up leaving a giant shitstain on the face of Halo: CE. Some examples include Coldsnap, Extinction, Flying Chaosgulch one, and pretty much any map with AI (such as The_Great_War) What really confuses people, is that short for Custom Edition is CE, and short for Combat Evolved is also CE, so when someone talks about "Halo CE", your brain commits suicide.
