Jules IX Vosotorax of Jinavia (born 29 July 1949) is the current Sovereign of Holy Jinavian Empire, and the 30th Emperor. He acceded to the throne in 1972. Jules IX is the eldest son of Emperor Jules VIII and Empress Cordelia von Garra. Titled Prince of Saint Basilsburg as Heir Apparent, he was raised and educated by his private tutors and then attended the elementary and secondary departments of the Peers' School. Like his precedents in the Imperial Family, he received a commission as Army Colonel, at the formal request from his father, Jules VIII. He studied at the Department of Political and Government Science at Peers University in Tokyo, and he received a degree.
