Thomas Henry Philip Beacham (24 April 1890 – 1964) was a local politician active in the Greenwich area. Born in Deptford, Beacham joined the Royal Navy aged 15. A long serving member of Greenwich Borough Council, he served as Mayor of Greenwich 1929-30, and was granted the honorary freedom of the borough in 1948. He was subsequently a Labour Party member of the London County Council representing Greenwich from 1955-58.
