While out with the rest of the Pelruan fishing fleet several months after the COG moved to Vectes, the Levanto and the other trawlers found a large school of Oilfish, and settled in to catch them. However, the Levanto also hauled up a Lambent creature, which exploded and destroyed the ship, killing the crew. The ship's wreckage was collected by the Gears on the Amirale Enka and the crew of the trawler Trilliant, and were taken to Boathouse 9 at Vectes Naval Base to be compared with the wreckage from the Harvest, another vessel that had been destroyed.
