This plot consisted of two 5 storey blocks of flats and maisonettes, with each 5 storey block connected by footbridge to its own 4 storey block of flats. These were completed by 1963 and differ in style to the first phase. The final plot occupied the southern side of Plough Way and includes Jura House, a 5 storey tall block of maisonettes, stretching some 90 metres along the road. This block was built in the early 1970s. To the southwest of the site is the Sutton Model Dwellings complex, a total of eight blocks built in 1915, paid for by the charitable trusts of the will of William Richard Sutton who died on 20 May 1900. The complex is under the control of the London Borough Council for Southwark.
