From herein, he creates slight deception, in regards to creating an "opening" within the Genjutsu, allowing for individuals with sufficient skill to perceive through it. But what is unbeknownst to them is that Tenzu is currently transforming that illusion into a reality, by 'binding' the illusion together with his Yang chakra, providing life to the mental images he has displayed. This, in turn, can create an entire civilization with his extreme thought process - but one example of the power in his alternate reality.
