The Regina Monarchs were a junior team in Regina, Saskatchewan. The 1927-28 team was formed by combining the Regina Pats and the Regina Falcons. They won the 1927-28 Saskatchewan Junior Playoffs, then won the 1927-28 Western Canada Memorial Cup Playoffs, and finally won the 1927-28 Memorial Cup Final. They also particpated in the Saskatchewan Junior Playoffs in 1917-18, 1918-19, 1931-32, and 1948-49. An intermediate team by this name won the Saskatchewan Intermediate A Championship in 1964-65. The Monarchs went on to lose the semi final in the 1964-65 Western Canada Intermediate Playoffs.
