The Incan people (or Inca(s)) represent the Inca Empire, a playable civilization in the Civilization and Call to Power games. Their capital is Cuzco. The Inca Empire began in 1438 and ceased to exist when it was conquered by the Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro in 1533. At its greatest extent, it stretched from Ecuador to Central Chile and was the largest empire that pre-Columbian South America had ever seen. Descendants of the people who were ruled by the Inca still live in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina today.
