EndWar 2 was a theoretical name for the planned sequel to the first EndWar game which has been on hold. According to Michael de Plater, the leader on the original team, the project had been placed on the 'backburner', the interview can be read here while the magazine's summary is here. The game was supposed to have concentrated more on the single-player aspect of EndWar and to have the combat chain system changed. The sequel later materialized as EndWar Online, although an EndWar 2 has not been disclosed and was eventually canceled.
