Aleksandr Nikolayevich Maltsev (born April 20, 1949 in Kirovo-Chepetsk is a retired Soviet ice hockey right winger. Maltsev played for Dynamo Moscow in the Soviet League for 530 games from 1967 to 1984. A six-time Soviet all-star, he led the league in scoring in 1970-71 and tied with Valeri Kharlamov for MVP in 1971-72. Maltsev was awarded the Medal For Labour Heroism in 1972, the Order of the Badge of Honor in 1976 and the Order of the Red Banner of Labour in 1978.
