Effect
| - If you are in the Bipedal stance, you can make an attack using any of your at-will powers against the triggering creature that damaged you. You can choose to take your Quadrupedal stance after this attack is resolved.
- If you are in your Quadrupedal stance, you can shift up to your speed. You can choose to return to your Bipedal stance at the end of this movement.
- You can change your stance from Bipedal to Quadrupedal or vice-versa.
When in the Bipedal stance you move your normal speed and can use items, shields, weapons and implements held in your hands normally.
When in Quadrupedal stance you gain move speed +2 and can not use items, shields, weapons or implements that must be held in your hands.
