Frontiers is Southern California's largest LGBT magazine. It is an independent biweekly publication that focuses on news related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered communities, as well as local and international coverage of HIV/AIDS-related topics. Writers such as Clint Catalyst and Chris Freeman have appeared in the magazine. Notable former employees included twenty-two year old photo editor James Michael Gomez, nephew of famed Latin men photographer Lorenzo Gomez. James Michael Gomez' California Flaming Faggot is published quarterly. The company also produces a Community Yellow Pages for the Southern California area.
