Another figure informs him that there is a problem on Xabas. On Xabas, a portal opens and starts pulling the inhabitants through. The Green Lanterns fly in and rescue them by creating a construct to seal the portal. The Keepers break through the construct and begin fighting the Lanterns. Guy, John, and Isamot discover they are immune to their rings. Isamot goes through the portal to close it from the other side. Guy and John realize their Willpower has to be greater than the Keepers' in order to be effective. The initial wave of Keepers is captured and just as they are about to be sent to Oa for interrogation, Isamot flies back through the portal with his arms and legs missing, his ring on his tongue. Isamot keeps screaming trying to warn them someone is coming. They ask him who and he responds 'All of Them' before the portal opens even bigger with a large number of Keepers coming through.
