In the opening of Creepshow 2, a delivery truck pulls up to a newsstand in a small town. A young boy named Billy (named after and possibly confused with the boy from Creepshow) arrives, eagerly waiting for it. The truck's back shutter opens to reveal a sinister figure who drops off a package on the sidewalk: the latest issue of Creepshow, much to Billy's delight. As the package opens on it's own record, Billy begins to read and the delivery man reveals his true indentity as the Creepshow Creep (named after and probably confused with the first Creep). The Creep presents three tales of horror out of the comic book in each sequence. At the end of the film, the Creep is about to drive away when he spots Billy being chased by a gang of bullies. Billy leads his pursuers to a vacant lot swarming

At the end of the film Billy's abusive father (portrayed by ??????) complains about a stiff neck which escalates as Billy repeatedly jabs a voodoo doll he ordered from the Creepshow comic book. The image of Billy jabbing the voodoo doll appears on the second issue of Creepshow which is held by the Creep.

Billy leads his pursuers to a vacant lot swarming with out of control growing plants. The bullies corner Billy and prepare to pummel him, only to learn that Billy's Venus flytrap bulb they smashed ealrier was not the first one Billy ordered, as a gang of giant venus flytraps emerge from the ground and devour the bullies one by one, with Billy watching in glee. The spectacle is witnessed by the Creep himself, who cackles in glee and drives away in his delivery truck to deliver the latest issue of Creepshow to another town.
