| - Locke tried to draw a map when recalling the blast door map.
- After being crushed by the blast doors inside The Swan, Locke was witness to a black light turning on to reveal a hidden map painted onto the blast door. It was very brief, but Locke was able to conjure up the images in his mind to recreate into a map on paper. It took Locke several tries to get the basic shape of the map correct, but by the end Locke had most of the big elements down on paper. While visiting Station 5: The Pearl with Mr. Eko, Locke took the map and placed it inside the pneumatic tube, which sent the map to a large open field with a collection of tubes containing journals written by former occupants of the Pearl. While traveling to the suspected camp of "The Others", Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sawyer and Michael discovered the collection of tubes. It was in this collection that Sawyer found Locke's map. Immediately after, they were captured by "the Others".
