In GTA Vice City ha lo stesso vestito, ma di colore bianco e con una camicia viola scuro sotto al vestito. Porta inoltre catene d'oro e collane.

- Lance Vance är en knarklangare som kom till Vice City för att tjäna pengar tillsammans med sin bror, Victor Vance. Victor blir dödad i början av spelet under en knarkuppgörelse som de gör med Tommy Vercetti. Efter broderns död så börjar Lance jobba tillsammans med Tommy Vercetti men Lance främsta mål är dock att hämnas sin brors död. I slutet visar det sig att Vance gått bakom ryggen på Tommy tillsammans med Sonny Forelli. Detta leder till att Tommy dödar både Vance och Forelli i spelets sista uppdrag.
