Uptown Lumbridge was a neighborhood in western Lumbridge, south of Fred's farm. Its demographics included mainly city officials and wealthy families. During the Battle of Lumbridge in 154, landing forces from the 1st Asgarnian Naval Fleet attacked Lumbridge from the West, going through Uptown Lumbridge. During the battle, all buildings except for the Neiwert Family Winery were completely destroyed. The Neiwert Family Winery also suffered heavy damage, but some parts of its walls were standing after the battle.

After Uptown Lumbridge was destroyed in the Battle of Lumbridge, no restoration efforts were ever made. Vegetation grew over most of the area and the Humans Against Monsters radical group eventually made the Neiwert Family Windery's wine basement their hangout.
