  • Dane Cook is a voice actor that played the protagonist from Planes.
  • A year later, he began appearing on Comedy Central, and gradually gained exposure on the stand-up circuit. More films followed, and in 2006, he played his first leading role in Employee of the Month with co-star Jessica Simpson. Other credits include hosting Saturday Night Live twice, voicing Sav McCauley on Crank Yankers, and lending his voice to Farce of the Penguins, Duck Dodgers, and Disney's Planes movies.
  • He hosts the MTV Music Video Awards in "I Dream of Jesus", performing some stand up comedy as well. He tries to grab attention while Jesus and The Pussycat Dolls present an award. He is voiced by Ike Barinholtz, who often impersonated Cook on MADtv.
  • Dane appears in "Wheels & the Legman and the Case of Grandpa's Key" when Steve Smith as Wheels tells him he thinks he is a great performer.
  • He has been called the George W. Bush of comedians; he might not be considered funny at first, but he tries really hard, and you just want to give him a chance. Other comedians and members of his audience say they would like to have a beer with him. He is sometimes called the "Dan Quayle" of comedy by older audiences who remember Poppy's VP, as there is little substance in his act, but he is so damn cute.
  • Dane Cook (1972-2009) was a volunteer chef at the Dumb Retard Convention of 2000-2008 but was unable to make it to the next one because he died. He was going to be a comedian and actor but he didn't get the chance to because he died. He was a very bad chef; he said he would've been better, but then he couldn't be, and he died. He wanted to marry this hot chick in LA, but instead, he died.

He was going to be a comedian and actor but he didn't get the chance to because he died. He was a very bad chef; he said he would've been better, but then he couldn't be, and he died. He wanted to marry this hot chick in LA, but instead, he died. He is popularly known for winning an award as there were only five people who attended his funeral, if you are counting the people who had to show up. This won him the 'There Being Only Five People at Their Funeral award, of which many Language Arts/English teachers quickly protested [for its name] as it is using their instead of his/her, which is "being lazy", according to them.
Sometimes mistaken as a $cientologist due to his almost Cruisian level of confidence and energy. People confused by his routine often wake up the next day, look in the mirror and say to themselves, "Dane is right; I am glib". He uses good old-fashioned gumption to sell his show and himself as just a regular guy that everyone wants to have a beer with. (Don't hate the playa, hate the game) Occasionally he makes factual mistakes, but that just makes him that much better. Dane (I can call him Dane) understands the importance of marketing, not because he is the comedic equivalent of Milli Vanilli, but because this is a different world we are living in since 9-11.
