A rock thief is a player that deliberately starts mining a rock someone else is mining in an attempt to steal the ore. This often happens when two users of different mining levels are mining the same ore. Both players try to mine the same rock, and the user with the higher mining level or better pickaxe comes out with the ore in the end. This can lead to arguments, but players cannot be reported for doing such. Sometimes, players do behave in this manner only for the satisfaction of bothering the other player. If the rock that the people are fighting over is coal or higher, this can be very frustrating, as the ore takes a long time to respawn. Some passing by players may call them "noobs" for having a pointless argument. This can be noted when mining high-Value Ores and is mostly done due

This is just an annoying conflict and not actually a scam.
