L. Fulci is a character in the novel Final Destination: Looks Could Kill. She is the nurse who was present during Cabernet's childbirth. After learning of Nonhoff's death outside the hospital, the nurse informed Sherry what happened and told her not to tell Cabernet so the stress wouldn't pose as a danger to her. She later called over her obstetrician, Dr. Kronenberg so they could deliver the baby. During childbirth, the baby almost died once he began to come out backwards and the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck, but Sherry suddenly left the room, and Death couldn't take Cabernet or her baby's life. It was never confirmed what they did, but the nurse and doctor managed to deliver the baby successfully.
