Od jeho čias sa excentrizmus nazýva expresionizmom a naopak. Okrem týchto Vincentov bola v socialististickom Ťěžkoslovensku známa ešte jedna Vincentka. Významná bola tým, že bola prvou minerálkou, ktorá sa predávala v PET fľašiach. Onehdá na jej počesť nahrala skupina LOJZO pieseň „Vincentka van Goghová“ (... keď ju pustíš neurobí „cink“..!).
