| - Pikachu is the strongest Gundam in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Zero So far it is 00 quantom piloted by setsuna f. siae. GNT-0000 00 Quanta (Pronounced GNT-Twin Double Oh, Double OH Qwanta) 00 Quanta contains an upgraded and improved Twin Drive System and possesses the new Quantum System. The unit possesses two newly created GN Drives that are semi-perpetual generator, scaled for installation in a mobile suit, which harnesses the byproducts of baryonic decay as an energy source. Like every other power source, a GN Drive has a limited moment-by-moment output; however due to its very nature a GN Drive will continue to supply power for a theoretically infinite period of time, so long as the GN drive is not pushed to breaking limits. Within the context of mobile suit combat, it affords a unit the benefit of an inexhaustible power supply. The non-existent heat signature of its internal processes, combined with the GN Particle emissions, give any unit with a GN Drive a potent mix of stealth and ECM characteristics; neither the GN Drive nor any thruster emissions can be seen by infrared sensors and the GN Particles scatter radar and disrupt long range communications however the Quantas GN Drives were made specifically for its own improoved Twin Drive System. The theory is that if two GN Drives performed GN particle generation in sync with each other, a Gundam can reach greater thresholds in particle generation. When the GN Drives are paired,the drives produce a stable 'synergy' in which both drives' combined output will be squared (by coupling the drives' GN Particle production). The system is a derivative of the Trans-Am Burst System. Similar to Trans-Am Burst, the system is meant to expand the conscious thoughts and feelings of a Innovator, such as Setsuna F. Seiei. Upon its activation, the GN Drives behind the shield and in the torso section are physically joined for direct dual particle generation - a second phase of the Twin Drive System. It is followed by the purging of varying armor parts and the "extension" of some GN Condenser parts from all over the MS, then the extension of the GN Drive Core to expel particles from the 00 Qan[T]. The 00 Qan[T]'s GN Sword Bits then create a circular formation underneath the suit to channel the GN Particles. But the most important part Quanta is without a doubt the Quantum System for which it is named, 00 Quanta's new Twin Drives were designed to expand Setsuna's quantum brainwaves and create a much stronger and more powerful quantum effect so as to allow Setsuna to telepathically communicate with any and all minds within the limited sphere of his influence with greater power and ease. It is suggested that this ability requires the new Twin GN Drives as that they were capable of creating a stronger quantum effect field than the previous ones. The Quantum System combined with the Twin Drive System even allows for Quantum teleportation which is a phenomenon that allows an object or vehicle to circumvent traditional distances through the usage of GN Particles. The nature of this phenomena was totally based on time-scape control done by supersaturating a plane with further purified GN Particles. Originally, quantization was a phenomenon created through extremely high purified GN Particle concentrations caused by the GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser's Trans-Am System. The system allows the Innovator pilot to activate and use the phenomenon purely by the force of their thoughts alone. The Quanta can use it to travel extremely great distances in deep space, thereby functioning as a real FTL transportation mechanism without the use of the Trans-Am system. The 00 Quanta quantum teleports by having its GN Sword Bits form a circle, which take part in GN Particle channelization and thus supersaturating an equator plane with purified GN Paticles, to create a quantum gateway in which it enters. It is possible for 00 Quanta to initiate immediate quantization This is an important element in battle as 00 Quanta could quantnize immediately to avoid danger Like its predecessors (Exia and 00), 00 Qan[T] is a close combat-oriented mobile suit. Its primary weapon is the GN Sword V, the latest in the line of dual functioning weapons that can alternate between sword and rifle modes. A GN Shield is mounted over the left shoulder in a similar fashion to one of the GN-0000 00 Gundam's GN Drives. The shield itself can deploy 6 GN Sword Bits (stored on the sides of the shield) which serve many functions, but are primarily remote blades and don't possess any ranged particle weaponry. The Sword Bits can be attached to the GN Sword V to form either a powerful buster sword or a buster rifle for combat. For added defense, 00 Qan[T] can deploy a GN Field by placing the 6 Sword Bits in a closed spherical formation and can activate the Trans-Am System to enhance its overall capabilities. The head piece of the 00 Qan[T] acts as a controlling device for the Sword Bits, the particle controlling capabilities of the antennae have yet again improved, allowing the 00 Qan[T] to communicate using Quantum Brainwave interfacing. Ian Vashti has designed the head of the 00 Qan[T] to resemble Setsuna's previous Gundams, the GN-001 Gundam Exia and the GN-0000 00 Gundam. The arm parts of the 00 Qan[T] were made to allow the 00 Qan[T] to wield it's close combat weapons to the fullest. The wrist joints were made to be so flexible that they actually could move like a human arm. The GN Condensers located within the arms have been improved, allowing GN Particles to be transferred to the weapons more smoothly and effectively than the 00 Raiser's condensers. The leg parts of the 00 Qan[T] have built in AMBAC (Active Mass Balance Auto-Control) capabilities to allow it to achieve high maneuverability in zero-G conditions. The knee joints of the 00 Qan[T] were made to be as fluid in motion as a real human knee, with GN condensers located in them, also improved. Some parts of the legs were developed from the GNZ-series, while other parts bore massive improvements to the original parts from the 00. The remaining parts were derived from other GN Drive equipped mobile suits. Being Celestial Being's most advanced MS to date, the 00 Qan[T] is so powerful that it could possibly have eliminated the entire ELS attack force single-handedly had Setsuna chosen not to communicate with them.
