Title	Mystic Hourglass Not Granted or Cap Not Increased after Multi-Month Subscription Renewal Mystic Hourglass
Description	An issue has been logged where a recurring multi-month block subscription initially granted a Mystic Hourglass and increased gem cap, but the automatic block renewal did not grant another Mystic Hourglass or increased cap. This is being investigated and the GitHub ticket will give status updates.
