Quest: A True Qalian Crafter
You will be inspired by a small altar .
The best way to find it is to head to Hathor Zhi valley, past the newbie Dark Elf area, and from this point, head for Pankor Zhi following the road to the west then south. Before entering Pankor Zhi , you'll find on your left a burned down tent on ground level.
An altar is in its vincinity, which you can study from. 71980, 45321, 5240 in Pankor Zhi .

*Return them to Linnike in New Targonor

It looks like a speaker podium facing the inner structure and is located near some weapon racks. It is southeast of Warseer Grenik.

The Morduma Outpost is located southeast of The Dark Horse Track near Lomshir at -68715, 70418, 8663 in Lomshir Plain . The fastest way there is to take the rift to Temple of Dailuk and head northeast.
I had to wander around the camp a few times to find it. The inspiration appeared in a few different places around the village. One place was near the horse corral.
