| - Bob was a mild cyclone that hit North Carolina, and became the northernmost hurricane ever recorded. Bob was longer lived then Sassy, but weaker. Bob was an odd storm. It started out as a tropical depression, and was expected to strengthn into a category 5 storm, but it fell short, only being 115 mph at landfall. Bob was an annular cyclone, having an odd eyewall despite its short intensity. Its first landfall was in the Bahamas, it caused severe flooding in Nassau. However, it killed nobody. North Carolina, is another story to tell. Bob caused 260 deaths and billions of dollars in damage. Over land, it did not weaken much, and still had an eye, and reforming was possible. Bob ended up reforming, and had one last fight as a Category 1 hurricane, hitting Newfoundland and Greenland, eventually. Bob had its eye until it hit Greenland, until it finally let go and dissiapted Bob was not retired, and Bob has become part of the ice in Greenland through its rainfall in the area.
