Koss eventually came to the conclusion that the enzymes could be used to develop dangerous diseases, but he was publicly denounced by the CSA as a corporate agitator who had been bribed by a rival corporation, forcing him to go into hiding. Koss fled the Corporate Sector and was sighted on Kwenn Space Station, and Territorial Administrator Thaive of the CSA subsequently issued a bounty of File:AurebeshSans-Serif credit.png15,000 for Koss' capture and return to CSA territory, so that he could be placed on trial.
