- Spinosaurus was a large theropod dinosaur from the Cretaceous period, and is believed to be possibly the largest terrestrial carnivore in history.
- In some recent reconstructions, the hind limb size of Spinosaurus, initially unknown and based on other theropods, has been drastically reduced, rendering the dinosaur almost necessarily quadrupedal and implying it to be primarily aquatic rather than terrestrial.

- Spinosaurus the biggest meat-eating dinosaur it could grow 25 feet tall,52 feet long and weighs 12 tonnes. alongside Tyranosaurus rex and gigantosaurus. the spinosaurus is named and famed for its huge sail on its back. which was used to warm up and cool down by facing the sail away from the sun to lose heat, or turn so the side of the sail is exposed to sun. spinosaurus was also very fast on its feet. like baryonyx it used to have curved teeth to harpoon fish out of water.another use for its sail was a helpfull rudder as it could swim.

- Spinosaurus is a genus of spinosaurid theropod from the lower Albian to lower Cenomanian stages of the Cretaceous period. There may have been two species; S.aegyptiacus and S.marocannus. Currently, only the Type B version is released.
- Spinosaurus was a large predatory dinosaur well known for its appearances in the film Jurassic Park III and the fact it was bigger than the presumed largest predatory dinosaurs. It is larger than Tyrannosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, and Gigantosaurus. It featured in Zoo Tycoon: Dinosaur Digs. The name Spinosaurus derives from the fact that the dinosaur had a large flap of skin protruding from its back that was held up by elongated vertebrae, and was probably used to make the animal look larger to rivals or perhaps colour could be flushed through the structure to attract a mate.
- The Spinosaurus is an animal available on FarmVille. It's released with Dino Lab and can be created in pen part of Dino Lab with 5 Red DNA bushels, 5 Green DNA bushels, 1 Blue DNA bushel and 1 Yellow DNA bushel. - Spinosaurus is monster #150, from Series 6 , the Dinosaurs. It had a points value of 150, and was rereleased in the Secret Skeleton Dinosaurs range. The figurine is quite an inaccurate portrayal of the genus - the real creature had a much longer, narrower skull and taller spines, and would have held its body in such a way that its head and tail (which would not have been able to coil as shown) were roughly parallel.
- Spinosaurus (meaning "spine lizard", from Latin spina and Greek sauros) is a genus of theropod dinosaur which lived in northern Africa in the mid-Cretaceous period, approximately 112 to 97 million years ago. The primary known species is S. aegyptiacus, discovered in Egypt, though a possible second species, S. maroccanus, was found in Morocco. Spinosaurus may be the largest carnivorous dinosaur known, surpassing Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus, with modern estimates putting it at 12.6 to 18 meters (41 to 59 feet) in length and weighing 7 to 20.9 tonnes (7.7 to 23.0 short tons).(It is much smaller in Carnivores 2 at around 4-6 meters long, or 16 feet.)
- Real Spinosaurus were large theropods that lived in Cretaceous Egypt and Morocco. Remains of this dinosaur were first described by the German palentologist Ernst Stromer. During World War II, Stromer, who disagreed with the Nazis, was dismissed from the museum where his discoveries were kept, and his requests for them to be moved to a safer location were ignored. As a result, the fossils were destroyed in a bombing raid. Since then, more have been found, indicating that Spinosaurus may have reached a length of 18 metres and making it the largest known meat-eating dinosaur. It had a finlike "sail" on its back that was supported by its backbone. Its nostrils were high on its snout, making breathing easier underwater. Interestingly, new evidence suggests that its hind legs were smaller than
- Spinosaurus was a large meat eating dinosaur with a huge sail down tion Spinosaurus was found IN YOUR MUMS PUSSYYY was discovered in Africa and South Asia, although further finds in nearby countries may reveal other species. Spinosaurus was highy unique in appearence; other theropods are vastly different in shape. The main species of Spinosaurus is named Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, meaning "spine reptile from Egypt". Spinosaurus looks different from other theropods in various ways. Mainly, its snout is long and narrow, like that of a crocodile and alligator. The teeth were spearlike and possibly hollow; perhaps the dinosaur fed on fish. On the other hand, the spear-teeth seem well-suited to strip flesh from around bones of larger prey.
- Length: Height Spinosaurus is known from several poor specimens. The holotype specimen was discovered in 1915 in Egypt, by German paleontologist Ernst Stromer. The specimen included the lower jaw, teeth, several neural spines, ribs, vertebrae and a single phalanx. Stromer measured the maximum length of Spinosaurus as 12.1 meters (40 ft), despite the holotype measuring only about 10 meters (33 ft) long. Sadly, the holotype specimen was destroyed after the museum, where the fossils were displayed at, was destroyed by Allied forces during the night of 24/25 April, 1944.
- Spinosaurus (meaning "spine lizard") is a genus of theropod dinosaur which lived in what is now North Africa, sometime during the Albian and Cenomanian stages of the Cretaceous period, about 112 to 93.5 million years ago. This genus was first known from Egyptian remains discovered in the 1910s and described by German paleontologist Ernst Stromer. These original remains were destroyed in World War II, but additional skull material has come to light in recent years. It is unclear whether one or two species are represented in the described fossils. The best known species is S. aegyptiacus from Egypt, although a potential second species, S. marocannus, has been recovered from Morocco.
