The Rosters of CIS/Rebel heroes were two rosters made to honor the great and legendary heroes of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and the Alliance to Restore the Republic, which Republic loyalists, some Separatist holdouts, a few Jedi survivors, a few former clone troopers, and Imperial deserters, created to fight the Empire. The CIS roster was often seen on the CIS Shadowfeed news and propaganda booklets, and the Rebel roster was also similarly used as propaganda to promote the Rebel cause. In 6 ABY, after the fall of the Empire and the retaking of Coruscant, these rosters were preserved with the Rosters of Republic/Imperial heroes, the CIS roster for historical purposes, and the Rebel roster to celebrate the Alliance and its successful cause.
