The Regina Aces became a second senior team in Regina in 1926-27, joining the already established Regina Victorias in the city. They never managed to win the Saskatchewan Senior Championship but were fairly competitive. The Aces lost the southern final in 5 of their first six seasons. They then won the southern final in their next two years. They joined with the Victorias for a combined team (Regina Vic-Aces) in 1939-40. After that the Regina Rangers became the city's senior team.
