- Eastern Kingdoms is a continent on the world of Azeroth. It has three subcontinents: Azeroth (home to Stormwind), Khaz Modan (which encompasses Ironforge and Loch Modan), and Lordaeron (housing Undercity). Azeroth is the southernmost subcontinent, Lordaeron the northernmost; between them is Khaz Modan.

Północne krańce lądu należą do elfów, które opuściwszy przed wiekami ojczysty Kalimdor, przybyły tu przez Wielkie Morze i przyjęły miano wysokich elfów, by po zniszczeniu swego państwa stać się krwawymi elfami. These are, by and large, prosperous realms in their own way (evidenced by the fact that during the Interregnum a number of the westernmost kingdoms actually invaded portions of Dragaera). Perhaps the most famous of the Eastern Kingdoms is Fenario, which was, not unexpectedly, founded by Fenarr. Many Dragaerans, especially Sethra the Younger, feel that the Eastern Kingdoms are barbarian states that pose a threat to the Empire, and should be wiped out.
