| - Dynamite was a high-explosive mixture containing nitroglycerin. It was used by Marty McFly and Emmett Brown to blast their way into the Delgado Mine on November 14, 1955, when they recovered the DeLorean time machine where Doc's 1985 counterpart had hidden it after becoming stranded in 1885 when the DeLorean was struck by lightning on the night of November 12. Bearing in mind the size of the resulting explosion and the amount of dirt and debris that rained down on them afterwards, it was fortunate that Doc and Marty were wearing miners' helmets at the time.

- Mites are also thought to be smaller and less-evolved versions of the Insectrox (in a working game of Spore known as Insectrox Commanders); this is thought because there is no creature labeled as Insectrox Warrior, the Mites themselves do not attack and their bombs do little more than take away 10-20 lifepoints, they are little more than a distraction but a distraction enough for a Dronox Soldier, Dronox Commander or even possible an Insectrox Commander to attack and kill a foe.

- Dynamite is a combination Copy Ability used in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards made by combining the Stone and Bomb abilities. Kirby chucks a bundle of dynamite sticks to destroy enemies, star blocks or elemental barriers. Kirby can kick the dynamite around by walking into it, but it will ricochet off walls and such, making it difficult for Kirby to aim precisely at enemies, and Kirby must move quickly, because he only has a few seconds before the dynamite explodes. Kirby may also duck for cover and don a hardhat to prevent being damaged during the explosion. This is one of Kirby's most powerful mix abilities in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. It deals more damage than any other mix in the game.

- A simple and safe way to deal with Dynamites is to use binding spells. As it explodes in 2.4 seconds, any type of holding spell would work, even Bind or Ice Rush, the weakest binding spells in the standard spellbook and the Ancient Magicks spellbook respectively. These spells hold opponents for 20 and 10 seconds respectively, which is more than enough time for players to escape the explosion radius. In the normal version of Troll Invasion, Dynamite appears in waves 14, 17,18 and 19. In the hard version, he appears in waves 6 and 7.

- Dynamite is a small stick of nitroglycerin-soaked clay, wrapped in red cardboard and stuck with a fuse. As soon as the Dynamite is dropped, its 5-second fuse (the length of time can't be changed) starts counting down. The explosion force and radius of the Dynamite is much larger than that of a Grenade. An adjacent Worm loses between 65 and 75 health points (depending on the game) and would be catapulted outward, away from the explosion, at great speed. The Dynamite cannot be thrown, only placed in front of the Worm using it. (In the 1st generation Worms games, the Dynamite can be thrown in short distances.)

Dynamite has two formats, the first one being a trap, detonated either by tripwire or correographed detonation, in which it must be avoided by means of a puzzle of fast thinking, and the second style being as a means of advancement in which an exit must be blown open to move onto the next portion of the level, proving either way as an important part of storyline and the game itself.

- The Dynamite is a Winged Minibus of Doom-class battleship and the personal flagship of Napoletron, the Emperor of Destrucity. One of the most powerful warships ever built, the Dynamite was designed to specifications laid out by Napoletron himself. He envisaged a ship that would be able to defeat any opponent it faced, one who's very presence would strike fear and terror into its foes. To his mind, a ship that could win a battle without firing a single shot would be just as effective as one that could win a battle by obliterating anything it faced. Of course, a ship that could do both would be better still.
