Popeye does not want to lose all the money from his inheritance so he jumps out after it. As he plummets to the street far below, the will lands on a flagpole. As Popeye lands on the flagpole, it flies back into the air and a bird takes it. At the North Pole, the wind blows the will right into Popeye hands so he finally gets a chance to read it. However, his uncle did not leave him any money. The only thing Popeye inherited was his bills.
