Hermes Hermasillo was a restaurateur most famous for founding the multi-trillon credit Arterial Blockage chain of unhealthy eating establishments in the early 22nd Century. At the age of 36 Hermes suffered a heart seizure and died, as did a number of his regulars. What remained of his fortune was quickly taxed away by EarthGov and the Earth Senate later passed legislation banning any such establishments opening on Earth again.

It wasn't until the 2240s that Julian Hermasillo, one of Hermes's great-grandchildren migrated to Cestus and opened what would be the only Arterial Blockage restaurant in the galaxy at the Fortune City mining colony.
