Count Berlin was a Nazi spy working in the United States during World War II. His men stole weapons that were sold to South America in hopes of fermenting revolution there. The Count was eventually brought to justice by The Web. Count Berlin had large fangs and was a reasonably skilled fighter. He carried a handgun on his hip and he was ruthless, often punishing his own men with death when they failed him.
