Suzume Seiko was a Sparrow Clan storyteller critical of the Crab and who believed the taint and the Shadowlands held a very minor threat. She refused to believe maho-tsukai could exist, that the taint does not exist physically, and that tales of Fu Leng and the Shadowlands was barely more than a fairytale, perpetuated by the Crab Clan. However, shortly after writing these thoughts, her flayed skin was found in the Three Sides River but her body was never found.
