Jouannigot was a silent partner with another French-born illustrator, Michel Plessix, in artwork for Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows. He was given thanks by Plessix "for his participation on the Mole's pads." Their work appeared in a 1999 edition by NBM Publishing, a graphic novel company based in New York City. In 2004, he joined the crew of the animated series The Bellflower Bunnies.
