Glatter made her feature film directorial debut with New Line's successful coming-of-age comedy Now and Then (1995) featuring Demi Moore, Melanie Griffith, Rosie O'Donnell and Christina Ricci. Lesli has been an advisor at the Sundance Director's Lab and is also a member of The Trusteeship.
