Block Plaza is a battle stage in Mario Kart Wii. It is based on Block City from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, and Block Fort from Mario Kart 64, with a few differences; there are four character statues on the blocks with the Mario statue on the red block, the Luigi statue on the green block, the Princess Peach statue on the blue block and the Princess Daisy statue on the yellow block. All four character statues disappear after one minute has passed.

All four character statues disappear after one minute has passed. There's a large purple block in the center of the course in order to assist the transportation of characters between blocks, and there are a random assortment of smaller blocks dotted around the course for display purposes. As time goes on, these statues and small blocks will sink into the ground, leaving bottomless pits behind, and if playing as a Mii, the faces on the blocks will be replaced with the faces of Miis; male Miis on the red and green blocks, and female Miis on the blue and yellow blocks.
