After attending Livingston Primary School, she attended the Maine High School, when her family moved from Livingstn to Maine. Her school reports show hard work and commitment, but not brilliance. Outside the classroom she played hockey and also enjoyed swimming and walking. Finishing high school in 2683, she won a scholarship to the University of Libertia, were she studied Political Sciences. In 2686 Miller took the Final Honour School examination, graduating with a Second Class Bachelor of Political Science degree.
