She is Jeremy Johnson's younger sister, the youngest granddaughter of Hildegard Johnson (Vicki Lawrence), and also the youngest daughter of Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Johnson (Jane Lynch).

However, it is revealed in "Suddenly Suzy", that she doesn't have any disrespect to anyone. She simply manipulates Jeremy to get him to do whatever she would like.
