A serpentstongue arrow has a forked point with sharp edges on the tips and inside the prongs. A skilled archer can use a serpentstongue arrow to sever a rope or leather strap. A serpents tongue arrow deals slashing, in addition to piercing damage, and it deals full damage (rather than the usual half damage) to objects with a hardness of 5 or less.
