The Bigeyes, also known as the Goggler or OddEYE, is an enemy in the original Final Fantasy. It may use the Gaze attack which causes Paralysis, so be aware. Bigeyes often appear alone or behind a group of Sahagin. The name Big Eye was used in the original NES translation to refer to the related monster usually known as Deepeyes, but was most likely shortened for space restrictions, just like other enemy names. Although this enemy has very few HP, its high Agility and Evasion makes it one of the most potentially hazardous enemies in the world of Final Fantasy.
