David Ford was a police officer employed at the Raccoon City Police Department. He also recorded the first set of police operational reports detailing the gradual defeat of the officers within the precinct on September 26th and 27th, 1998.

- Born on November 12th, 1974, he always liked to help people. As a kid, he stopped bullies, and followed the rules. He became a close friend to Marvin Branagh. He graduated high school in 1993, and entered the police academy.
- David Ford (October 30, 1925 – August 7, 1983) took over the role of Sam Evans from Mark Allen (Allen's last episode was 22) from August 1966 until the character was killed off in 1968. He also played Andre DuPres in the 1795 storyline. In real life, Ford was married to Nancy Barrett for two years during the run of Dark Shadows. Outside of Dark Shadows, Ford is perhaps best known for the role of John Hancock in the musical 1776 which he essayed on Broadway and then on film along with another Dark Shadows alum, Virginia Vestoff. He died from a heart attack in 1983.

Al día siguiente las barricada del oeste fueron atravesadas y protegieron temporalmente a los heridos en la sala de confiscaciones del primer piso, después del ataque doce personas más resultaron muertas en la batalla. Luego fue registrado la muerte de tres personas donde identificaron al atacante por tener partes del cuerpo sin piel y garras como cuchillas en especial es una lengua en forma de lanza, capaz de atravesar, en un instante, un torso humano que nombraron a la criatura Licker.
