  • Adrian Lipsky was an Ingeborgian citizen and politician. In the early 18th Century PD, he served as President for Life of Ingeborg, and was involved in the development of weaponized nanotechnology intended for a strike against the Terre Haute System. In 1710 PD, the Star Kingdom of Manticore sent Rear Admiral Ellen D'Orville to investigate Ingeborg's alleged weapon development program. Lipsky invited her aboard the space station Ingeborg Alpha to try and apeace her and make her leave, but the nano weapon had already contaminated the station. The President for Life tried to flee, but D'Orville stopped him and took charge of the evacuation and eventual distruction of the habitat. (Companion)
