While traveling to Selene under the guise of Chipper Long, he was apprehended by Danik Kreldin and placed under arrest for failing to cooperate. Kreldin oversaw Brock's interrogation, and subsequent torture, but later released Brock, unaware of his criminal history. Brock would resurface on Theseus Station while Kreldin was aboard, and ambushed Kreldin in retaliation for the torture he endured. Kreldin subdued Brock, and turned him over to Ernest Pallando, who recognized the man as the infamous Malus Brock. Pallando immediately had him executed by slicing his head off, and later staged a false execution on the station, although he was already dead.
