Advance 811; ca. 1930s; Women's and Misses' Frock. The well-fitted skirt of this youthful street frock uses inverted pleats, front and back, for fullness. A loose plastron buttons to the brief capelet which is surmounted by an Ascot tie. Worn without the capelet and tie another version presents a neat, tailored effect.
