In the new Timeline, Eddie Blake is the son of Olivia Dunham's sister, Rachel Dunham, and Greg Blake, and the brother of their daughter Ella. Eddie has never appeared in the show, and only been referred to once: when the new Timeline Olivia's memories were being replaced by those of her incarnation from the previous Timeline, she forgot that her sister was still married to Greg Blake (as they had divorced in the original Timeline), as well as forgetting the existence of her nephew entirely. This was used as evidence to suggest that she was mentally unfit for duty. (Nothing As It Seems)
